About the Artist
Julie Tucker has been creating art for as long as she can remember. Some of her earliest memories involve drawing people and inventing stories for them on her Magna Doodle. Growing up with an art teacher mother, Julie developed a deep appreciation for color, composition, scale and artistic technique from an early age.
More than a decade ago, Julie began creating custom bridal illustrations for friends. What started as a heartfelt gift quickly grew into a passion and business, expanding to include illustrations of christening gowns, prom dresses, heirloom garments, wedding attire and other treasured keepsakes.
In 2021, Julie discovered the vibrant world of alcohol inks and was immediately captivated. She fell in love with the fluid movement of the inks, the blending of colors and the excitement of creating artwork that can never be exactly duplicated. Each piece is truly one of a kind, making every creation as unique as the person who owns it.
Today, Julie creates both original alcohol ink artwork and custom illustrations designed to celebrate meaningful moments and enhance beautiful spaces.
